Melt the white chocolate in a small pot over low heat, in a double boiler, or in the microwave.
Be sure to stir constantly, as white chocolate burns easily.
Cut a heart out of parchment paper.
Place the paper heart on a larger piece of parchment paper.
Pour the white chocolate into a piping utensil or bag.
Letting the parchment heart guide you, pipe white chocolate discs along the perimeter.
Allow the white chocolate to set.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour it into a piping utensil.
Pipe a heart through the middle of all the white chocolate dots.
Spoon the remaining melted chocolate into the center of the heart.
Spread it out to cover the entire heart.
Top with berries and Maltesers.
Allow to set.
Garnish with a few basil leaves.
