Daisy Sandwich Appetizers
Swiss cheese and mortadella flower sandwiches topped with cream cheese and a yellow cherry tomato center to resemble daisies.

- 10 slices toast
- butter
- 3 slices swiss cheese Leerdammer
- 3 slices Mortadella
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 5 cherry tomatoes yellow
- 5 spring onion stems
- fresh basil
Toast the bread.
Use the flower cutter to shape the bread.
Spread some butter onto the toast flowers.
Shape the cheese and Mortadella into flowers (I folded the sausage to double it up).
Place the cheese and Mortadella onto the buttered flowers.
Top with another flower-shaped toast.
Add cream cheese to the top toast. Use a knife to shape cream cheese petals.
Place a halved yellow cherry tomato in the center.
Stick a skewer in each daisy sandwich.
Trim the top hollow part of the spring onions.
Slide these over each skewer.
Arrange basil for leaves and serve.
