Cute Easter Lamb Appetizers
Cute lamb crackers topped with goat cheese and olives make for a festive bite.

- 12 rice cakes mini
- 2 tablespoons fig jam
- 180 grams goat cheese 1 log
- 10 kalamata olives pitted
- 1 slice cheddar
- 24 chia seeds
Slice the goat's cheese.
Spread fig jam onto each rice cake (not featured in the how to video).
Top with the goat cheese slices.
Halve a kalamata olive.
Place one half of the olive on the goat cheese to make the lamb's face.
Using the other half, cut a straight line at one of the rounded corners for the perfect half-circle ear shape. Repeat for the other ear.
Add the lamb's ears.
Cut out round eyes using cheddar and a metal straw.
Place the eyes onto the lamb.
Top with chia seeds for pupils.
Serve.
