Cute Easter Lamb Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 12 mini rice cakes
  • 180 grams goat cheese log
  • 10 kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 small piece of cheddar for the eyes
  • 24 chia seeds
  • metal straw

Instructions

  • Slice the goat's cheese.
  • Spread either fig jam, onion chutney, or olive tapenade onto each mini rice cake.
  • Top with the goat cheese slices.
  • Halve a kalamata olive.
  • Place one half of the olive on the goat cheese to make the lamb's face.
  • Using the other half, cut a straight line at one of the rounded corners for the perfect half-circle ear shape. Repeat for the other ear.
  • Add the lamb's ears.
  • Cut out round eyes using cheddar and a metal straw.
  • Place the eyes onto the lamb.
  • Top with chia seeds for pupils.
  • Serve.
