Clover Cucumber Crostini
Crispy crostini topped with garlic cream cheese and fun cucumber shamrocks.

- 8 slices baguette
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 75 grams cream cheese garlic or herb
- 1 cucumber large
Slice the baguette thinly.
Add butter to a medium-hot pan.
When the butter had melted, place the bread slices in the pan.
When golden on one side, turn the bread over until it is browned on both sides.
Remove the slices from the pan and let them cool.
Spread cream cheese on the crostini.
Slice the cucumber.
Use the heart-shaped cutter to cut out the cucumber hearts.
Arrange four cucumber hearts in a clover shape on top of the boursin.
Cut a stem out of cucumber and place it between two cucumber hearts.
Serve.
