Cut the crusts off the toast (you can use these to make croutons for soups, salads, etc).
Spread cream cheese on the toast.
Top half the toast with smoked salmon and fresh dill.
Use a vegetable grater or mandolin to slice the cucumber.
Place the cucumber in a row, overlapping each other.
Lay a piece of toast on top, cream cheese side up.
Trim the cucumber to fit the toast. Flip over using a spatula.
Place the cucumber toast on top of the smoked salmon halves. Repeat with the other toast halves.
Cut into triangles.
Arrange the triangles to look like a Christmas tree.
Top with cucumber 'baubles', a yellow pepper star and a cucumber trunk.
