Chocolate Turtles With Strawberry
Adorable dark chocolate and strawberry turtles topped with candy eyes for an irresistible treat.

- 4 strawberries pointy-shaped
 - 100 grams dark chocolate
 - 14 mini candy eyes
 
 
Melt the dark chocolate.
Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
Halve your strawberries and remove the leaves.
Trace around the berry halves on a piece of baking parchment (you can use edible pens for this if you prefer - I use a pencil and turn over the paper).
Put the strawberry aside and pipe the chocolate head and legs onto the parchment. Pipe some chocolate underneath the berry to ensure it sticks.
Dry the strawberry on a piece of paper towel and place the strawberry on top of the chocolate details.
Add the candy eyes.
Allow the chocolate to set.
Serve.
