Chocolate Turtles With Strawberry

Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries pointy-shaped
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 14 mini candy eyes

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Place the melted chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Halve your strawberries and remove the leaves.
  • Trace around the berry halves on a piece of baking parchment (you can use edible pens for this if you prefer - I use a pencil and turn over the paper).
  • Put the strawberry aside and pipe the chocolate head and legs onto the parchment. Pipe some chocolate underneath the berry to ensure it sticks.
  • Dry the strawberry on a piece of paper towel and place the strawberry on top of the chocolate details.
  • Add the candy eyes.
  • Allow the chocolate to set.
  • Serve.
