Chocolate Strawberry Oreo Crabs
Cute strawberry and dark chocolate crabs topped with candy eyes.

- 50 grams dark chocolate
- 3 strawberries large, pointy
- 10 candy eyes mini
- 5 Oreo cookies
Melt the dark chocolate.
Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
Trace the outline of an Oreo on parchment paper.
Turn the paper over.
Pipe the 8 legs (and the pinchers on the two front legs) around the outline you just traced.
Arrange the Oreo on top of the legs.
Pipe chocolate on top of the Oreo.
Halve the strawberries and remove the leaves.
Dry the strawberries off on a paper towel.
Place the strawberry halves (cut side down) on top of the chocolate-covered Oreo.
Top with two candy eyes at the pointy end of the strawberry.
Allow to set.
Carefully lift the crab away from the parchment paper.
Serve.
