Chocolate Strawberry Oreo Crabs

Ingredients

dark chocolate

Oreo cookies
parchment paper
piping utensil / bag
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate.
Place the dark chocolate in a
piping utensil
or piping bag.
Trace the outline of an Oreo on parchment paper.
Turn the paper over.
Pipe the 8 legs (and the pinchers on the two front legs) around the outline you just traced.
Place the Oreo on top of the legs.
Cover the Oreo with chocolate.
Halve the strawberries and remove the leaves.
Dry the strawberries off on a piece of kitchen towel.
Place a half-strawberry (cut side down) on top of the chocolate-covered Oreo.
Top with two
candy eyes
at the pointy end of the strawberry.
Allow to set.
Carefully lift the crab away from the parchment paper.
Serve.
