Cut the top pointy end of a strawberry and place it in the middle of the chocolate disc.
Slice the remainder of the strawberry (I used two strawberries to make each flower).
Arrange five strawberry slices around the center.
Top with a basil leaf.
Allow to set.
To make the basil chocolate leaves, place basil on parchment paper and pipe a chocolate frame around it. Allow the chocolate to set and arrange the leaves around the flower skewers.
