Equipment

  • piping utensil or bag

Ingredients

  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 10 large candy eyes
  • 1 tablespoon white rod sprinkles
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill a bowl with ice cubes and cold water.
  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe squiggles directly on top of the ice bath in a circular shape to make the monsters.
  • Top with candy eyes and long rod sprinkles (or flaked almonds) for teeth.
  • Add a dark chocolate v-shape to the top of the eyes to make the monster look scary.
  • Remove from the ice bath and allow to dry off on a piece of kitchen roll.
