Ingredients

  • 250 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 7 strawberries small
  • 14 mint leaves fresh

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Mix well until there are no lumps.
  • To serve, add small spoonfuls of the dip along the edge of your platter.
  • Use another spoon to smudge the dip towards the center (it helps to wash this spoon between each section).
  • Halve the strawberries and trim them into a tulip shape by cutting the top into a 'W' shape.
  • Arrange the tulip-shaped strawberries on top of each dip section.
  • Top with fresh mint or lemon balm leaves.
  • Serve.
