Cheesy Chicken Dip
Melty and cheesy dip with chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and a kick of sriracha.

- 225 grams chicken cooked, shredded
- 200 grams sour cream or creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 200 grams cream cheese plain
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 180 grams cheddar red, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped finely
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon green onion chopped
Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
Mix all the ingredients apart from the cheddar and green onion. Add the salt bit by bit (you may need less or more depending on if your chicken is pre-salted).
Add half of the grated cheese to the chicken dip. Mix again.
Spoon the dip into a baking tray.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for around 20 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Serve.
