Cheese and Grape Skewers

- 200 grams red cheddar
- 20 green grapes
Slice the cheese so it’s about 1 cm thick (0.5 inches).
Use the oval cutter to shape the cheese flowers.
Cut a single or double V-shape at the top of the oval to resemble a tulip.
Halve the grapes lengthwise.
Place the halved grapes facing down onto the cocktail stick at a slight slant.
Top with the cheese flower.
Serve.
