Cheddar Crackers

Easy to make and fun star-shaped crackers made with three simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cheddar red
  • 100 grams white flour
  • 60 grams butter cold

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Shred the cheddar cheese.
  • Mix the cheese, flour, and butter in a mini food processor.
  • Roll out the cheese dough onto a clean kitchen counter so it's about 4-5 mm (1/8 inch) thick.
  • Cut out the stars with the cookie cutter.
  • Use your index finger to carefully push through each part of the star until it falls out.
  • Gather the remaining dough and roll it out again, until you have used it all.
  • Arrange all the stars on a lined baking sheet.
  • Poke out the center with a lolly stick (optional).
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes until slightly golden on the edges.
  • Allow to cool and serve with your favorite dip!
