Bunny Caprese Platter

Ingredients

fresh mozzarella balls
or 1 maxi

kalamata olive
medium petal-shaped cookie cutter
medium round cookie cutter
small petal-shaped cookie cutter
metal straw

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic glaze
sprinkle of sea salt
pinch
of black pepper
Instructions
Slice the mozzarella cheese.
Cut out two mozzarella ears with the
medium petal-shaped cutter
.
Shape the remaining slices into round discs with the
medium round cutter
.
Cut out the pink ham belly with the round cutter and ham.
Make the inside of the ears using ham and the
small petal-shaped cutter
.
Arrange all the mozzarella discs onto a platter (you will need 8 for the body and 6 for the face).
Top with the ham details.
Halve a kalamata olive and shape the eyes with a metal straw.
Trim the back of the olive eyes so they are flat.
Shape the nose and nostrils.
Top these, as well as the eyes, onto the bunny.
Scatter fresh basil leaves below the bunny.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes (I used red, orange, and yellow).
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Serve.
