Brioche French Toast
Stack your Brioche French Toast high and top with maple syrup and berries!

- 220 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 25 grams maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter
Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized shallow dish or bowl.
Whisk until combined.
Dip the sliced bread into the mixture. Let it absorb a few seconds on each side.
Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large pan on medium heat.
Once bubbly, add two pieces of the soaked brioche.
When the toast is golden brown on the first side, flip it over until golden.
Repeat with the remaining toast.
Stack and serve.
