Turn up the heat to medium-high and add the beef.
Break up the beef and cook until browned.
Pour in the red wine and mix until reduced (about 2-3 minutes).
Now, add the passata, chopped tomatoes, and balsamic glaze.
Mix and bring to a simmer.
Then cover and reduce the heat to low for about 1.5 to 2.5 hours until thickened (stir occasionally).
Season the bolognese with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
Mix the pasta with the meat sauce, top with Parmesan and fresh basil, and serve.
