- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 40 grams plain flour
- 20 grams butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the wet ingredients (eggs, melted and cooled butter, vanilla paste), followed by the dry ingredients (cinnamon and flour).
Turn on your waffle iron.
Add the batter to the hot iron and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Arrange on a wire rack so they stay crisp.
Serve.
