  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 40 grams plain flour
  • 20 grams butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients (eggs, melted and cooled butter, vanilla paste), followed by the dry ingredients (cinnamon and flour).
  • Turn on your waffle iron.
  • Add the batter to the hot iron and cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Arrange on a wire rack so they stay crisp.
  • Serve.
