Avocado Heart Toast

Ingredients

avocado

fresh mozzarella ball

sourdough bread

cream cheese

sprinkle of sea salt

tablespoon
balsamic glaze
heart-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Halve an avocado and remove the peel.
Slice the avocado thinly lengthwise and flatten it carefully with your fingers.
Use the
heart-shaped cookie cutter
to make the avocado weave hearts and mozzarella hearts (it may help to lift the avocado hearts with a knife).
Cut pieces of tomato along the skin and use the cutter to trim the hearts into the soft side of the tomato.
Slice your bread and top with cream cheese.
Arrange the tomato, mozzarella and avocado hearts on top of the bread.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sea salt and fresh basil and serve.
