- 125 grams mascarpone
- 250 ml whipping cream 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 200 grams blueberries
- 200 grams raspberries
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils
- 150 grams biscuits to serve
Add the mascarpone and vanilla paste to a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk for about 50-60 seconds.
Top with the cold cream.
Whisk again until soft peaks form.
Add the maple syrup to the whipped cream and incorporate it in with a spoon.
Arrange blieberries in the top left corner of your platter.
Dollop the cream on the remaining part of your platter. Use the back of a spoon to spread the cream.
Top the raspberries and pomegranate arils in rows.
Serve.
