Christmas Fruit Skewers with green grapes and white chocolate are a wonderfully festive treat.
You can make these fun fruit skewers with your kids and enjoy them as a tasty snack. You can even leave some out for Santa!
Ingredients
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 12 candy eyes
- 24 green grapes
- 6 star canapé sticks
- parchment paper
- piping utensil / bag
- silver sprinkle balls
Instructions
Makes 6.
1. Halve the grapes and dry the cut side on a piece of kitchen towel.
2. Melt the white chocolate.
3. Add it to a piping utensil / bag.
4. Place the canapé stick on parchment paper.
5. Pipe a white chocolate Christmas tree shape on top of the canapé stick (with the star at the top).
6. Arrange 8 halved grapes on each of the white chocolate trees.
7. Add the silver balls where you have any gaps.
8. Stick some white chocolate on the back of two candy eyes and place these in the middle of the tree.
9. Allow to set.
10. Serve.
